Samsung has released the Samsung S5560 mobile phone officially, with full facilities-touch user interface, 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, plus a smile and blink detection, display 3-inch WQVGA touchscreen, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm jack, and microSD card expansion, although not no 3G connectivity. Samsung plans to release a mobile phone Samsung S5560 is in November, and prices listed on the website France for $ 441.

THIS IS NOT A WI-FI PHONE
The wi-fi does not work for most times.
Its a mystery why it works sometimes finds about 5-6 wireless locations but for the most times it doesn’t even find my own router. Will try it a few more times and if the problem persists will returned ASAP.
Touch screen its okay it takes some practise to perfect.
Feels strong and looks decent, good size screen and easy to learn functions.
If the wi-fi was good the phone would be the best value phone on the market.

Yes that uis right i have a problem working with WI-FI in Sumsong GTS 5560.
I can find the network and i do easy the connection but when i want to use the internet it is telling me that DNS file failed.
the other thing i considered as disadvantages that a contacts like company has got many numbers you can not insert all the numbres i think it has got limited cells for numbers.

I have just bought this phone.
Good points – It looks great!
Bad points – Widgets don’t work, impossible to log onto facebook and Twitter etc, Youtube comes up on the browser but when you try to play a video you get an error message.
This is my second phone after taking the first one back to Carphone Warehouse and replacing it. The second phone is also about to be returned.
This phone is a phone, nothing more!

I can connect my Samsung GT-S5560 to my computer this is an alert will show up ‘No response from the device because it is in the initializing stage after booting. Tyr again after the initialization completes. Move to search the new device’
What im gooing to do..pls help

i bought the samsung gt s5560 a couple of days back. I tried using the sync feature. Looks like that didnt work out. Also, my entire phone book has been lost. My sim no longer works. The phone has returned to its factory setting. I’m in a big soup as i’ve lost my entire data which was quite valuable. Is there any way I can restore it?? Please help me out. Give me any phone numbers or email address of samsung customer care, etc. I’ll be grateful for any help

Just bought one, many great features but one BIG disadvantage – the PC Studio software and the driver don’t work with Windows 7. Unbelievable that Samsung still doesn’t have Windows 7 compatability. Would never have bought it if I’d known this.

Hello, I bought this phone and I have a problem and I dont know if its only me or everybody.
When somebody is calling, it takes 1 second after I “pick up” – the phone still rings and after 1-2 seconds picks it up.
Sometimes it is slow when I try to open a game / internet…
Do you have the same problem??? Thank you.

Even my phone take around 3-4 seconds to receie the call after I pick/click the receiver. Let me know if some one has the soltuion for it

Hi, I have a big problem with my samsung GT-S5560: everytime I plug in the headphones’ jack, my phone calls the last number in the calls’ registry. Not only once, but several times.
Anyone experiencing the same problem? Any solution? :/

Has any body done email settings in this phone…if i syncronize with my office exchange server all my contacts are getting deleted…please let me know if any one has done it succesfully.

I like the phone, easy to use, but can’t configure for MMS with ATT when I called Samsung for help they gave me a phone in UK because in USA they don’t know how to configure for MMS HELP!!!!! Everything else works ok

I also like this phone.
But now I am facing problem with 5 MP camera of GT-S5560.
It showing “Camera Failure” again and again,
And I am not able to use Camera of this phone anymore.
Please provide solution for the same

I also have problem with wifi on this phone. cant connect to the internet and also i cant use for sending mms. Network says my gprs and mms settings are already active but still i cant use it.. if anybody knows how to fix this please help me, tnx in advnce.

GT-S5560 is a nice stylish phone, but it is lacking one feature. The phone has no option for recording a running call.
