LG LU2300 was announced for South Korea and now has a name change the LG Optimus Q. LG Optimus Q will be available at the end of this month for South Korea via LG Telecom. It seems that LG is working on a series of several Optimus phones considering that the Optimus Q is the second Android phone with the Optimus name, with the first being the GT540.

The Optimus Q is a high end Android 2.1 phone that will include features: Android 2.1, full QWERTY keyboard, WVGA AMOLED touchscreen display, 5MP camera, and 1GHz Snapdragon processor. This handset is only available for South Korea at the moment but Verizon US is expected to launch a more modified version of the Optimus Q, known as the LG Ally beginning May 20.
